We love feedback from our delegates! At always Consult, we take the feedback very seriously, it gives us the opportunity to look at what we need to do differently to satisfy a very diverse and ever-increasing customer base. We want to continue to exceed expectations.
As far as possible, we request feedback from our delegates through a standard short survey at the end of each workshop or course. To date, we have managed to collect 576 completed questionnaires!
We don’t just consider the good or excellent feedback, what is important to us are the comments and the overall analysis of what we need to do differently and change.
This is what our delegates think of us and it’s true to say, as our client base and expectations grow, we can use our feedback analysis as part of our own development and learning curve:

We never rest on our laurels, there is always room for improvement.
But we also celebrate success and are truly delighted with these results:
- The average score for the question “How fully were the objectives for the day(s) met?” is a thrilling 91.94%,
- “How would you rate the tutor’s / tutors’ presentation and knowledge?”, as we would expect, came out at a very high 94.55% (up a notch on last year) – a true a credit to our fantastic facilitators, coaches and trainers.
- The overall score given in 2020 to date was 88.99%, higher than the past two years, but we strive for even more!
