How to Sell Your Service: What’s it like being an Adviser in the 21st Century? There’s more to the CEIAG (Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance) sector now than ever before. Gone are the days when it’s “just” Information, Advice and Guidance. Staff need additional skills and mind-sets need to be changed. This one-day course allows staff the opportunity to think about what it means to be “corporate”, to consider the impact of their work, value themselves, market themselves, consider the return on investment, change management, “put a price” to what they do, while still embracing and being passionate about their work.
