Always Consult is continuing to grow and we have immediate vacancies for talented Skills Coaches to join our team. They will support the delivery of the Level 5 Operations / Departmental Manager and Level 3 Team / Leader Supervisor apprenticeships to our learners, who work predominately in the NHS and private healthcare. Knowledge of the apprenticeship standards would be beneficial but is not essential.
We currently have two full-time roles available and we are looking for coaches who can support new cohorts of learners starting in the next few months. There is no requirement to have a background in healthcare. We are looking for people who have an innovative mindset, a passion to support and develop people, and a strong background in leadership and management.
The role covers learners across England and, whilst some travel will be expected, the role is mainly home-based and flexible.
