Always Consult offers two courses in this range, both awarded by OCR, one of the UK’s leading vocational awarding bodies, and accredited onto the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF).
The Level 3 Certificate in Advice and Guidance is designed for staff who work directly with people, disseminating information and advice within set guidelines together with occasional guidance.
To achieve the certificate, learners will need to achieve 12 credits from the mandatory units and a minimum of 9 credits from the available optional units.
