Always Consult offers two courses in this range, both awarded by OCR, one of the UK’s leading vocational awarding bodies, and accredited onto the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF).
The Level 4 Diploma in Advice and Guidance will be perfect for people who already have experience of working directly with clients, disseminating information, advice, guidance and formal advocacy. Learners at this level are likely to have relationships with external organisations, and might also have some managerial or training responsibilities.
To achieve the diploma, learners need to achieve 17 credits from the Mandatory units and 20 credits from the available optional units.
